Bid, Deal, and auction (site behavior)

This page is the operational spec for auctions and deals: listing fields, timers, winner logic, orders, taxes, and admin controls.

Admin — listings and orders

CRUD on lists in Current and Upcoming.
After auction completes: show winner (name and auction amount).
Cashback/offers for all participants except the winner when configured for that product.
Orders: list, view, update status. Fields: order id, booking date, username, product name, quantity, image, price, delivery address, order status.
Order stages: pending, shipped, delivered, failed.
Admin sends order confirmation email to user and vendor.
Taxes, customs, and consumer-protection applicability calculated from the vendor’s country or region.

Show top ranking bidder during the event.
Bidding user details per product (unique/same bid range) with number of winners where applicable.
Deal: user accepts lowest price; screen shows remaining time, date, and number of days.
Bid: vendor accepts highest price; same time display.
Sale is always between vendor and customer.
Refund/cashback option for non-winners when configured (upload/refund path as specified in ops).

Bid as guest: no registration required to bid or deal; register after winning.
Vendor submits: start and end date/time; main category, category, sub-category, brand, product/service name, duration, description.
Media: photo, video, product assets; size chart where relevant.
Expected price (bid range/amount), minimum bid amount, increment (minimum USD 1.00).
Next bid must be at least current high bid + increment (or higher if user chooses).
System suggests next bid amounts using minimum bid increase + current bid.

Show all users currently in live bidding/deal.
Countdown: remaining time, date, and days for the listing.
At timer zero: vendor accepts highest bid at or above expected price (bid mode).
After bid: winner = highest bid (name and bid amount); non-winners see cashback/offers if any.
Payment, refunds, returns, and customer service handled through platform operations (admin).
Winner email/notification: highest bidder won; item placed in account for checkout.
Overseas vendor: winner pays product + taxes/customs/protection rules per vendor region.
24 hours to pay; failure restricts future bidding.
Super admin may stop, restart, or cancel any auction at any time.
